What is Afterpay?
Sometimes, unexpected expenses come up and we can’t buy that bath soak we so desperately want. Sometimes we’ve got to budget, particularly with children, how can you justify spending money on yourself? Sometimes you just have to treat yourself too! Know that feeling? That’s where Afterpay comes in. Afterpay gives you a guilt-free shopping experience by allowing you to pay for your purchase over 4 x fortnightly repayments. Once approved- your item gets shipped straight away! Get into your pamper space, light a few candles and relax, and worry about paying for it later.
Why should I use Afterpay?
Afterpay is all about convenience. Your order gets shipped straight away, and you pay fortnightly over 8 weeks. You can use it for all orders up to $500 and there is NO interest or added fees! Still not convinced?
How do I use Afterpay?
To be eligible to use Afterpay, you must complete the following criteria:
– Have a debit/credit card
– Be over 18 years of age
– And live in Australia

The Nitty Gritty
The payment arrangement is made with Afterpay and they will approve payments at the time of order. For first time Afterpay customers the first payment will be charged at the time of purchase. Existing Afterpay customers’ first payment will be charged 14 days from the date of purchase. The full payment schedule will be provided to you at the time of purchase. Should you need to return your items as outlined in our policy for returns and exchanges, you are eligible for a refund via Afterpay and we can cancel the payment plan.
If you fail to make a payment, Afterpay will charge you a late payment fee of $10 and an incremental $7 late fee for each week the order is overdue.
Please note, when you order with Afterpay you will need 25% of the order total in your account when you make an application. If you do not have the funds in your account Afterpay will decline this order. We recommend ordering on pay day just to be sure!

Q: Are there any side effects?
A: Each skin comes with its own sensitivities therefore we cannot guarantee you won’t. We recommend to know your skin + do a patch test 24hrs prior to full use of the product.
Q: How long will my product last?
A: Each will last for up to 12 months in all of our packaging types, if cared for properly.
Q: Where should I store my products?
A: Store your products in a dry place away from the bath, so that they remain unaffected by any moisture. And remember- seal the package when not in use.
Q: Should I soak if I am pregnant?
A: We have a pregnancy specific bath soak for you to enjoy. Our products are not harmful to your pregnancy, however we recommend not to soak in your first trimester because medical advice states not to become overheated in a hot bath. Speak with your doctor if you are unsure.
Q: Why are bath soaks so good for me?
A: Detoxification removes pollutants from your body. The blend of Epsom and Himalayan salt is great for relieving muscle aches post sporting activity. The combination of botanicals and essential oils will help your mind relax and recharge your sanity. The magnesium packed soaks are important for bone and muscle health, promote restful sleep, and many other important body functions.
Soaking for 15-20 minutes allows your body to absorb these minerals.

Q: What happens if I change my mind?
A: Sorry, we don’t accept change of mind once the order has been shipped. If, however, you have contacted us via email@example.com regarding your change of mind before the tracking number is provided, we will discuss your request.
Refund Fee: An eligible change of mind after our discussion may still incur a fee (PayPal: 3.5%| AfterPay: 6.5%)
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
A: Firstly, we are so sorry this has happened! Please email us with images of the issue within two (2) days of receiving your order. There are many scenarios most likely out of our control. If the order arrives and there was a fault in the packaging but the product is still usable, we will send out replacement packaging to store your products in at no extra charge. If the product is indeed unusable upon delivery, we will offer to send replacements or a full refund will be issued.

Q: How long will my order take?
A: Each item is either made in small batches prior to your order, or made at the time of your purchase. The nature of this doesn’t allow a set time frame, however we do ask that you allow 1-3 weeks from time of order. Please note that we do endure busy times which may cause a longer than usual wait, however we will contact you directly within the above mentioned 1-3 weeks if it will be delayed, and a full refund will be issued if you so wish. We treat all of our purchases in a first in, best dressed fashion and we don’t want anyone to miss out on their time for self care.
Postage: Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided from Australia Post, at this stage it is out of our control how long they take to deliver. #wehatesnailmail

Q: What payment methods are available?
